Application :

The machine is mainly applied to mark aluminum profiles on line, integrated into a massive production chain. The product length is about 3.1 meters, marked for every 5mm. The production line is about 3 to 5 meters per minute.

1.The machine consists of a marking cabin and a motorless roller conveyor. Using Japanese aluminum structure, sturdy and durable, matching with wear-resistant nylon package glue roller, PTFE ribs, avoiding the damage to the product surface;

2.Auto-locating design, detecting according to sensing system, the system will automatically recognize aluminum profiles and then begin to do positioning mark without manual intervention. Strong warming system can prevent the importing of the next product when the marking of last product is unfinished.

3.Axis Y (stroke 200mm) makes it possible to focus on products with a width of between 30mm and 150mm;

4.Once the sensors have detected the presence of the aluminum profiles, it is blocked by the pneumatic system of a driving wheel. Then the servomotor will control the driving wheel together with the structure of driven wheel. The product will be moved forward.

5.Pulse coding system can feedback real-time moving distance to industrial control system. When the marking process of the last product is unfinished, the next product will not enter into marking.

6.Customized marking software interfacing with client’s MES system can upload product data and catalogue the internal production information. Our software can also import marking template directly and adjust marking position automatically according product model.
